Navigating the Eiffel Tower complex can be overwhelming, but our dedicated host ensures a seamless experience. Our Guide will provide a captivating historical overview of the Eiffel Tower before guiding you to the entrance. As you pass through security, our knowledgeable host will accompany you, addressing any questions you may have along the way. Joining the host in the designated line, the guide will retrieve your summit (top floor) elevator tickets and hand them to you. Once you have your tickets, proceed to the elevator with our host who may accompany you through all the 3 floors or not, as per your preference. Rest assured, our host’s role is to facilitate your visit, offer informative insights for the city views and the tower different sights, and ensure your Eiffel Tower visit is hassle-free.

- Please note: The Eiffel Tower summit can be closed sometimes because of adverse weather conditions or for technical or security issue but visitors are allowed only up to the second floor. The limited access up to the second floor only is decided by the Eiffel Tower authorities for security reasons and its decision cannot be bypassed. In such cases, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
